He has told you, O mortal, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?
— MIcah 6:8 (NRSV)

Putting love into action

At UBC, we strive to put our love of God and love of others into action — becoming a part of God’s reconciliation, redemption and healing in the world. Our fellowship serves others through Starkville’s Habitat for Humanity, and also through Delta Hands for Hope in Shaw, MS.

We are also are engaged with issues of peace and justice in our world. We advocate for and participate in interfaith dialogue, understanding, and cooperation - specifically among Christians, Muslims, and Jews.

UBC is intentional in its support of those in our fellowship who identify as LGBTQ, whether that means full inclusion in the life of the church, or being visible allies for equality on MSU’s campus and in Starkville.
